I worked in the Financial Markets for thirty years. While challenging, you didn’t get to experience the impact of your efforts on people’s lives. When I lost my job to downsizing, I knew I wanted to work directly with people, to experience the joy from helping others. My business skills will ensure Always Best Care delivers a reliable, high quality service. But it is our belief in people – our belief that clients come first, our belief that our caregivers are our biggest strength – which will enable us to provide the highest quality senior care services available. Our mission – to help seniors live safely in their home with comfort, independence, dignity and joy.

I am a proud PSW who has been in healthcare for over 20 years. Over the last several years, I have gone back to school, completed my Social Service Worker certificate and am currently enrolled in Healthcare Management at Mohawk College. My training and development always comes back to helping people live their lives the best they can. At Always Best Care, my focus is on understanding the personalities and experience of caregivers to ensure a great fit with clients and their needs. We pride ourselves on providing the best care to your loved one so they are able to remain at home for as long as possible in a safe, warm environment. Wherever they call home, that’s where we will be.

With almost 20-years’ experience as a Registered Practical Nurse in various settings, I am excited to focus on home and community care at this stage of my career. I have always believed in doing everything possible to meet the needs of my patients. Recently, I really enjoyed teaching, motivating, and mentoring newer members of the healthcare profession. I believe this combination of clinical skills and interests will enable me to recruit the best possible caregivers, earn the trust of clients as we work together on care plans, and match the two to try and exceed the expectations of both staff and clients.

I am a certified PSW with 6 years experience in the field of home care. I returned to school and completed my Social Service Worker diploma and this gave me a stronger understanding of the importance of the right staff with the right client. This match will foster positive relationships for your loved one to flourish. My passion in home care is to provide each client with the best care that they deserve in a safe and loving environment, their own home. I treat every client as if they are my own family member. I am always open, to discussing the needs of your loved one to pair with our ideal caregiver(s).
